Incredible experience. Timothy has a sharp eye & rare level of one-on-one attention. Whole staff was on-point, and the assortment will reset your wardrobe for years to come.
Let me start by saying I am not a Minneapolis native nor a Minnesota native. I was not a fan of Minneapolis as a city, I have lived in 7 different states, that being said Jaxen Grey is a must go place and will be the soul reason for me to go back to Minneapolis year over year. The staff was friendly, inviting and just good people. They offered wine, beer or Champaign as you shop. Timothy, showed my wife and I around his incredible store, I tried on a couple shirts and Timothy helped style me with a few different outfits. They were all amazing and I ended up buy them all. I am also someone who doesn't buy or like to buy clothes. But the experience was so great and the clothes were honestly that good that you need to get a few outfits while you're there. 10/10, 100/100. Greatest clothing purchasing experience of my life.
Stopped by this store a few weeks ago while in Minneapolis for the first time and had a great experience. The owner/manager was on sight and took the time to tell me about the shop, he was great. I live just outside of LA so there are plenty of men’s stores in my area, but honestly this is one of the best I’ve ever been to. I’m 44, and the selection here was perfect for me in terms of brands and style. I’d say it ranges from styles that would work for guys in their 20’s all the way up, so really good range. A guy named Marco helped me out and he was fantastic - didn’t bug me but was super attentive when I had questions or needed different sizes. Wish this place was closer to me!
We were in Minneapolis for the weekend and I decided to stop by this store. I am glad that we did. I was greeted by Andy who listened to what I was looking for and spent the time to find me some amazing pieces. The entire collection of this store is carefully curated. Truly a fantastic store.
What a fantastic clothes store for men. I had never gone to a boutique clothes store before Jaxen Grey, but now this is my first stop for anything. The selection is great, the staff know just what to help me find, and the prices are reasonable for incredibly stylish clothes that aren’t hipster or over the top. Highly, highly recommended!
Amazing customer service from Isaac! I called the store to inquire about a men's coat. I was blown away by the help/advice Isaac gave me! In today's world customer service seems to be a thing of the past with the exception of Isaac at Jaxen Grey. Thank you Isaac!
My husband and I continue to have an absolutely incredible experience at this store. Shopping here makes gifting so easy as Adam and Michael have both picked out incredible items for my husband. Franco helped us the last two times and he was wonderfully attentive, helpful and even took great care with my youngest son so that my husband could really enjoy the experience. Huge thanks!
I enjoyed their selection so much on my first visit for casual clothes (Deus Ex hat, Katin polo) that I returned to get fitted for my elopement! Timothy @ North Loop absolutely rules and got me setup with the fit of a lifetime.
